At Alharam Cosmetic By UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.
Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for return.
Refunds will only cover the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.
